This Privacy Policy explains how Media Icons Limited (trading as Media Icons Africa), operator of Asiko TV, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit asiko.live, use the Asiko TV apps, or submit information through our forms — as a viewer, channel or content partner, advertiser, or creator.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us directly: name, email, phone number, company or channel name, country, links to your content, and any message details submitted through our Advertise, Channel Sign-Up, Creator Sign-Up, Test Run, or Contact forms.
• Files you upload: logos or reels you choose to attach when submitting a channel.
• Usage information: standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to help us keep the Platform running well.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through our forms — advertising, partnership, channel sign-up, creator sign-up, test-run requests, and general contact.
• To evaluate and onboard channels, content, and advertising partnerships.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its content.
• To send you service-related communications about your submission or account, and — only with your consent where required by law — occasional updates about Asiko TV.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How submissions are handled

When you submit a form on this site, your details are sent to the Asiko TV / Media Icons Africa team so we can follow up with you, and may be processed through our marketing and customer-relationship tools (including, where connected, marky.ai or an equivalent CRM/marketing platform) solely for the purpose of managing that relationship. If a direct backend connection isn't yet configured for a given form, your enquiry is instead delivered by email to our team using your own device's email client.

5. Sharing your information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting, email, CRM/marketing tools) under confidentiality obligations; (b) where required by law; or (c) where you've asked us to, for example introducing an advertiser to a channel partner you've expressed interest in working with.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the Platform working properly and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We retain submission data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage an ongoing partnership, or comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Asiko TV includes family and kids' programming intended for viewing by children together with a parent or guardian.
