1. Who we are

Asiko TV ("Asiko TV," "we," "us," "our") is a streaming platform owned and operated by Media Icons Limited (trading as Media Icons Africa), a company based in Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of asiko.live, the Asiko TV apps, and any related services (together, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — as a viewer, channel or content partner, advertiser, or creator — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Using Asiko TV as a viewer

Asiko TV is free to watch and supported by advertising. We may introduce optional paid tiers, premium content, or region-specific availability in the future; where we do, additional terms will apply and will be presented to you at the point of purchase.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial viewing unless we've separately agreed otherwise with you in writing.

3. Channel & content partners

If you submit a channel, content library, or programming for inclusion on Asiko TV through our sign-up forms, the following applies until a definitive carriage agreement is signed:

• Submitting a channel or content for review does not guarantee placement on the Platform.
• Typical availability is 90–120 days after a carriage agreement is signed; social and digital previews may be made available ahead of full linear launch.
• You may request either exclusive or non-exclusive carriage; exclusivity terms are agreed in writing per channel.
• You confirm that you own, or have full rights to license, all content, trademarks, and talent likenesses you submit, and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.
• Channels are generally amenable to monetisation, including advertising, subscription bundling, and international distribution, on terms agreed between you and Media Icons Africa.
• A private "test run" preview may be made available before public launch; test-run access is provided for review purposes only and is not a public broadcast.

4. Advertisers & partners

Advertising, sponsorship, and partnership enquiries submitted via the Platform are proposals only and do not constitute a binding commitment by either party until a signed insertion order, sponsorship agreement, or partnership contract is executed. Category exclusivity, where granted, will be defined in that agreement.

5. Content creators

Creators who upload content to Asiko TV retain ownership of their content but grant Asiko TV a licence to host, distribute, and monetise that content on the Platform, subject to the specific creator agreement provided at onboarding. Creators are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable law and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Prohibited content & conduct

You may not use the Platform to submit or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any channel, content, or account that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Asiko TV name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Media Icons Limited. Channel and content partners retain rights to their own brands and content, licensed to Asiko TV only as agreed.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." While we work to keep Asiko TV available and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party content, or reliance on information submitted through our forms ahead of a signed agreement.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
